Today, September 23, 2016, Safe Passage Project opened a new office in Long Island. Hosted by the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island and the George Mercer, Jr. Memorial School of Theology, Safe Passage Project will now have a full-time law office in Long Island. Our new office address is 65 4th St, Garden City, NY 11530.

The Safe Passage team will be lead by Stephanie Gibbs, Supervising Attorney. The new office is spacious and and perfect for our clients.

Thanks to the Bishop of Long Island, the Right Rev. Lawrence C. Provenzano, the Dean of the Mercer School of Theology, the Very Rev. Canon John P. McGinty, and Dianne Muscarella, for their leadership and collaboration with Safe Passage Project. And a special Thank You to Safe Passage Project pro bono attorney Jeanne Provenzano for spearheading this exciting new opportunity for Safe Passage Project in Long Island. Because of their collective generosity, Safe Passage Project will be able to increase its services to over 200 children living in Long Island.

We are deeply appreciative to Bishop Provenzano, Dean McGinity, Ms. Provenzano, Ms. Muscarella, the entire staff in Garden City, and the Episcopal Diocese for their generosity and commitment to social justice.img_0081
