Safe Passage Project and the Federal Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section hosted the 2021 Asylum & Immigration Law Conference on February 5-6, 2021. This conference was provided in basic/beginner and advanced tracks.  New attorneys as well as more experienced lawyers, academics, and students, engaged in discussions about asylum, withholding, CAT, the International Human Rights Law, evolving theories of social group, protection, and expedited forms of removal.
