Trial Skills Training, Probative and Fundamentally Fair: Evidence and Testimony in U.S. Immigration Court

Join Hon. Dorothy Harbeck (NAIJ), Eastern Regional Vice President of the National Association of Immigration Judges and Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law for a trial skills training.

The views expressed by Judge Harbeck do not necessarily represent the official position of the Department of Justice, the Attorney General, or the Executive Office for Immigration Review. The views represent her own personal opinions, formed after extensive consultation with the membership of the NAIJ. Judge Harbeck’s participation is limited to the areas of asylum law and trial practice.

This event will take place at New York Law School in Room W401 (4th Floor).
