Professor Lenni Benson, founder of Safe Passage, will join Isabel Martinez, a sociologist whose research has focused on unaccompanied Mexican immigrant minors in New York City, to discuss their work with and for unaccompanied immigrant minors.  Both speakers will also discuss their family”s personal history of immigration to the United States.

The event will take place at Russ & Daughters Cafe at 127 Orchard Street, at 6 PM, Wednesday, May 13th.  The event is free, and the seating is first-come, first-serve.  Dinner and drinks will be available after the discussion.
