Safe Passage Field Day 2015 at Riverdale Country School
Safe Passage, July 7, 2015
On May 2, 2015, Safe Passage hosted Field Day 2015 at Riverdale Country School. Field Day brought together approximately 150 clients, Riverdale students, and friends of Safe Passage, who participated in soccer games, arts and crafts, zumba, and an African drum and dance class. Thanks to the generosity of Riverdale Country School, all clients who participated went home with backpacks filled with school supplies. And, thanks to the Stein Scholars at Fordham Law School, all participants also received Safe Passage soccer jerseys and soccer equipment. A very special thank you to Mr. Sclafani, Mr. Sipp, and the faculty at Riverdale Country School, the Stein Scholars of Fordham Law School, Prom Girl, Venuz Delmar, and Electra of the International Child Program for making Field Day 2015 possible.
Safe Passage will be holding a soccer game in Battery Park City for clients at the end of July and again in the Fall at Riverdale Country School. Stay tuned for more information.
