Safe Passage Project - Supporting immigrant youth

About Safe Passage Project

Safe Passage Project (SPP) is a nonprofit immigration legal services organization that provides free representation to immigrant youth in New York City and on Long Island.

Please read the following information regarding our referral criteria and process before proceeding.

We are no longer maintaining our own waitlist for NYC residents.

All youth seeking services are now directed to the ICARE Referral Program, which has expanded its eligibility criteria to include all immigrant youth under age 21 living in New York City. This centralized system ensures young people are matched with the legal service provider best suited to their needs and available capacity, which includes Safe Passage Project.
